1. Acceptance of Terms
By opening, registering, or browsing JobKuber.com Gujarat ("the Platform"), you are entering into a legally binding agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these conditions, you must immediately halt usage of our services.
2. User Obligations & Eligibility
All users must be of legal working age (or minimum 15 years under applicable local industrial guidance) to register. All profile fields, candidate names, recruiter logos, and descriptions must represent true and verified records. You agree never to build mock, misleading, or synthetic profiles on our platform.
💼 Candidate Responsibilities
- Provide active, truthful personal descriptions and city listings.
- Ensure your Google Drive CV link is valid and secure.
- Perform applications with sincere intent for employment.
- Never engage in harassing behavior with recruiters on WhatsApp or other media.
🏢 Recruiter Responsibilities
- Post honest, active job specifications with authentic salary packages.
- Never post discriminatory, abusive, or fake job listings.
- Respect applicant privacy and use their CV snapshots solely for evaluation.
- Never claim or request payment from candidates for interview processes.
3. Prohibited Platform Usage
You are strictly forbidden from executing any of the following activities:
- Posting MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) packages, click-farms, network marketing, or speculative schemes.
- Scraping candidate profiles, resumes, phone numbers, or corporate emails for automated database compilation or unsolicited marketing.
- Utilizing scripts, bypass protocols, or crawlers to flood application pathways.
4. Account Suspension & Platform Usage Rules
JobKuber.com reserves the absolute right to, without prior warning, suspend or completely terminate any candidate profile or recruiter company account that generates user reports, publishes fraudulent listings, requests money from job seekers, or breaks any points of this agreement. Suspended recruiters or candidates are strictly blocked from registering secondary endpoints.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONAL LAWS:
JobKuber.com Gujarat is provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" baseline. We do not guarantee the performance, financial status, or absolute honesty of any candidates or posting recruiters. We fail to assume liability for hiring choices, contract issues, workspace disputes, or external communication occurring outside our platform. We make no warranty that our service will operate uninterrupted, delay-free, or entirely secure at all times.
